Due to a rise in COVID-19 cases throughout the Island, Cayman Water is currently allowing only two customers into our offices at any given time.
We encourage our customers to utilize online services as much as possible as wait times at our offices can be longer than under normal circumstances. Please call us at 945-4277 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to reach one of our Customer Service Representatives.
We ask that all our customers continue to wear masks and practice social distancing when visiting our offices.

CW has implemented its late payment interest policy of 1.5% per month that commenced with overdue balances for the January 2018 bill.
The due date has been revised to the 27th of the month, hence, giving customers adequate time to settle bills and outstanding balances.
No interest will be charged to customer bills that have been placed on Special Payment Arrangements.
Payments can be made using the following:
– Banks – Cayman National, Royal Bank, Scotia Bank, First Caribbean and Butterfield (please note, if paying online, it must be paid 2 days prior to the due date to ensure that payment is processed to your account.
– CW Office – cash, check, credit card, card payment standing order or card payments via phone
– CW website site
– CW drop box (check payments only)
