Cayman Water – Late Payment Policy

Home Cayman Water – Late Payment Policy

Does Cayman Water Charge Interest on Overdue Bills?   Yes.

CW will charge customers with overdue bills 1.5% interest per month on any amounts past due beginning February 28th 2018.

Are Customers with Existing Special Payment Arrangements Affected?  No.

No interest will be charged to customer bills that have been placed on Special Payment Arrangements.

Has the Due Date for Payment Changed?  Yes.

The due date has been revised to the 27th of each month, giving customers adequate time to settle bills and outstanding balances.

When are Interest Charges Assessed?

Interest charges will be processed once a month, on the day after the due date. This will normally be on the 28th of each month.
