Exciting Changes Ahead:
New Billing System Coming February 2025!We’re upgrading our billing system to serve you better, starting February 2025. Our New Customer Self-Service Portal will give you more control over your account, payments, and usage monitoring all in one place!

Key Features You’ll Enjoy:

  • Enhanced Bill Template: A clearer layout showing your account details, payments, usage breakdowns, and more.
  • Same Convenient Payment Options: Continue using drop box services, over-the-counter payments at our office, online banking, or our existing payment portal.
  • New Account Numbers: Your account number will transition to a new format (e.g., A00000000).

What You’ll Be Able to Do:

  • Access All Your Accounts: View and manage your accounts from any device—computer, tablet, or smartphone.
  • Go Paperless: Enroll in e-billing for easier, eco-friendly management.
  • Set Reminders: Receive email or text notifications for upcoming due dates.
  • Update Information: Easily update your contact or mailing details.
  • Direct Support: Message our team directly through the portal for any utility concerns.
